Saara sighed, and picked up a book from one of the many shelves. Saara wished that she could afford to buy the books. But she couldn't. She could only afford to read them in the library. She stepped back, book in hand, and found one of the many beanbags to sit on. Getting herself comfortable, she flopped back and held the book open over her. She smiled lightly. Turning the page, she read each word. She'd picked out one of those girly romantic books. The ones where the orphan found their families and true love. It was sappy and girly, but she couldn't help but hope that she might be the girls in the stories. She was so involved in her book, that she was didn't realise somebody had come and sat in the next beanbag. She flopped up. Her arms getting uncomfortable. She rested the book on her knees, and occasionally turned page by page. She was getting through the book quickly. She was a quick reader, and could easily finish a book within a week if she tried. After a while, she decided that she had read enough of her book. Getting her head out of the book, she stood and was finally made aware of her surroundings. “Argh!” she screeched, when she saw someone next to her. Stumbling back she tripped over the bean bag she had just removed herself from. Falling back, she winced. “Ouch” she mumbled, as she sat up off the floor. Her hand made it's way to her back, and rubbed away, while she used the other to pick up the fallen book, as she stood again. “I'm so sorry” Saara said, thought not her fault, she probably had shocked the other person, just as much as they had shocked her. She ran a hand through her hair, the long ginger locks, were down in casual curls. She tugged at one of the strands, the strands were still slightly damp to touch from her shower that morning. Most people would find it rather odd that that the son of the Reeds book shop Owner happened to be at The library considering the shop had every book that one could imagine. Well usually obviously it had too be restocked. One could say the library was a a friendlier atmosphere when it comes to books okay the shop was friendly enough but there was usually people sitting around and reading in a library and their were computers. One of Joe's main problems with the Books hop was that the book you wanted to just reed was half the time out of stock or there was only one left in stock. It was much more easier tog et a book out when there was plenty of stock as his father was less likely to miss it for too long.
Joe had got an odd look every now and then from his father when he did notice that one was missing but he never outright asked him if he had taken a book or not. He most likely knew but just never really bothered with asking. One of the biggest reasons for the moment was the book Joe wanted was out of stock and to be able to read it he would have to wait a whole week before it was back in stock, so he was hoping it was in the library.
The Reeds had decided to build the book shop far enough away from the library as not to have too much competition but it was close enough so that it was still in the midsts of the town. So after making sure he had his library card call Joseph had to was take a 5-10 minute walk and he was there. it was a bit longer than usual as he was walking slowly thinking many things over even more so making sure it was the right book that he was looking for. Books were always interesting it was like being in another persons shoes following them to birth till dead. You shared in their delights, their loves, you know just about all their dirty secrets just as you would know the back of your own hand or your own name. "Its almost like putting on new shoes or a new coat, you never know how it's going to feel or look," he had once told a friend of his. He smiled to himself remembering what he had said before making his way into the library.
The Library today seemed to be at it's most quiet, it was usually quiet anyway but it could at times bristle with activity. That was a different type of sound altogether. There was still people there that it was a very sparse amount of them. Taking a quick glance around most of them were engrossed in their books, their was a girl with mesmerizing Auburn hair, a boy with Black hair who was sat next to he seemed to be taking perculier interest in her while she had no clue that he was even there. He did not like the way he was looking at her, he seemed to be what 16? There about. When she finally noticed and screeched he frowned he was about to ignore it and head to find his book but when he glanced back around the boy seemed to have moved at least 5 inches closer to her . Rolling his eyes in annoyance he decided to walk over and helped her. "Hey are you okay?" He asked the girl directly while looking distrustfully at the boy, he was loud enough maybe the Librarians would notice.

Saara had finally noticed just how close the boy was. It unnerved her. She was only 14, and yet to have a boyfriend. The young girl was a hopeless romantic, So the attention, though unnerving was appreciated. She smiled at the boy, and tried to form words, that never came. That wasn't due to her being stupid, it was due to someone speaking at her. She smiled, the new comer looked around her age, and she was glad of that. “I'm fine thanks, he just took me by surprise” she said smiling. She held her book tightly into her chest. The purple material of her dress set off her auburn locks perfectly. That was why she'd put it on. The nun's had brought it for her for a birthday and she loved it. He screech and his comment together had been loud enough to alert the librarians to the situation and they led the boy away, Apparently he was known in the library – taking books or something, and was meant to be banned. “What did you come here to read?” she asked, everyone came to the library to read something, be it fictional or factual. She tugged her hair back shifting it over her shoulders. Saara bit her lip. The boy was cute. She thought back to her book, the love story had been effective yet not overwhelming. It hadn't taken up the whole of the book, but that been a back story. As much as Saara loved the romance of the book, she liked her books to have another plot line, every romance followed a very similar pattern – love found, love lost, love found again. It would eventually get repetitive. Saara fluttered her eyelashes, subconsciously. “I'm Saara” she said eventually. Being the respectable girl, she liked to be nice, and she liked to have good manners. It was one of the things she just knew that she needed. Saara blinked. The one thing she could recall of her parents, was a woman telling her that she was to act like a lady, be the lady she was. So Saara always acted with precision and calmness. The boy had caught her off guard. That thought embarrassed Saara, she had looked and sounded so unladylike. The memory of herself screeching brought a blush to her cheeks.
