okay so I'm adding fandoms that I have just started to get into so I don't know everything about them so I am going to want a head of each department.

For example when reading an application on your department and you notice something doesn't add up you can ask them to fix it. Also making boards for you department. You are also in charge of coming up with plots for each department example Merlin plots for every character in Merlin

Hmm... well, I can't say that I know any of the fandoms well enough to be staff for them, but I do have plenty of past experience being staff on other sites. I was mostly in charge of creating lists, creating boards, and checking over applications on occasion. I have also had several forums of my own creation over the years. I would be happy to help in any way that I can, if you want. And if not, no worries~. (:
